We then use a combination of forearm, elbows, palms, and thumb techniques to target nerves and relieve tension. Traditional Thai backwalking is incorporated to bring balance and renewal, followed by stretching to improve flexibility. Afterward, we transition into Swedish techniques, starting with light compressions on the back and moving into long, flowing strokes with oil to relieve muscle tension and boost circulation.
